Karnah, Oct 26 (KNS): A government building gutted in a fire that broke out in Tangdhar area of north Kashmir's Kupwara district late last night, officials said on Thursday.
An official told KNS that fire broke out in the government building of Sericulture department in Gundi Shart area of Karnah late last night in which the building suffered extensive damage.
He said that there was no official record in the building, however, rearing equipment and appliance used in Sericulture got damaged.
The cause of fire was not immediately known, while a case has been registered in this regard (KNS).
