 Srinagar, Feb 13 (KNS): Ghulam Nabi Azad, Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP), on Friday expressed grief over the passing of former MLA and Minister Qamar Ali Akhoon from Kargil.

 
Speaking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Azad lauded Akhoon’s public service, stating his tenure as the first Chief Executive Councillor of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, where he played a key role in strengthening grassroots governance in Kargil and across Ladakh.
