Asks Why Workers’ Own Money Remains Unreleased
Srinagar, Oct 3 (KNS) : Former minister and Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir has questioned the Jammu and Kashmir government over its handling of employee entitlements, accusing the administration of failing to address basic financial concerns despite projecting claims of progress.
In a Statement issued ,Mir said that while the government often asserts it is delivering results “despite obstructions,” it has yet to resolve the issue of General Provident (GP) Fund withdrawals and gratuity payments.

Calling it a “failure of governance,” Mir argued that employees are being forced to suffer due to delays in accessing their rightful savings and benefits. He urged the administration to prioritize employee welfare and ensure timely disbursal of funds rather than offering what he termed as “hollow claims of performance.”(KNS)
