SRINAGAR, June 05 (KNS) : Former Cabinet Minister and Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir on Saturday expressed his solidarity with Farooq Ahmad Waza, Panch Ward 4 Mamoosa A, whose house was gutted down in a hapless fire incident.

In a statement issued here, Mir said that such an ominous incident has shattered the hopes of his family that need to be mended.

"He is a Panchayat representative, who is diligently rendering his welfare services in his ward. The administration must immediately deliver ex-gratia to him so that the woes of his family are mitigated at an earliest," he said.

Mir also demanded that the administration must provide temporary accommodation for the victim's family until their house is reconstructed.(KNS)
