Srinagar, Jan 12 (KNS): Paying rich and glorious tributes to Shaheed Sajad Ahmad Bhat (Zeaven) who was martyred by the Indian occupational forces in Zakoura gunfight, Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani said that our children are choosing this path because of the rigidity and stubbornness of India and they are sacrificing their “Today” for the “Tomorrow” of their nation.
He said that these brave hearts of our nation are leaving with a message to the nation that they should carry forward their mission and never compromise over this sacred cause.
On the directions of Syed Ali Geelani, the Hurriyat (G) leaders Peer Saifullah, Raja Mehraj-ud-din, Yasmeen Raja, Bashir Ahmad Qurashi, Mehraj-ud-din Rabbani and Umar Adil Dar participated in the funeral prayers of the martyred youth in Zeaven Srinagar while as to keep away from the funeral prayers of the Martyred Mujahid, the police Tuesday morning placed Tehreek-e-Hurriyat General Secretary Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, APHC Provincial President Nayeem Ahmad Khan and Chief Organizer APHC Altaf Ahmad Shah under house arrest.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Syed Ali Geelani also strongly condemned the use of excessive force and violence by the police on the funeral procession of the Martyred Mujahid and said that on the one hand they are killing our children and on the other hand we are not allowed to mourn the deaths of our loved ones. (KNS)
