Geelani leads graffiti-protest in Srinagar

‘Freedom struggle of JK is an indigenous movement’

Srinagar, Aug 01 (KNS): While leading the Graffiti writing campaign which was announced by the joint pro-freedom leadership, Chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani said that the government employees are a vital part of our society and they have a bigger responsibility towards their own nation.
He said that the people of our nation particularly youths are sacrificing their precious lives for the better future of their people so the employees too have to play a positive role in this struggle.
In a statement issued to KNS, Syed Ali Geelani revealed that the recent administrative reshuffle was not any routine work but to suppress the ongoing struggle with greater force the state government has appointed an Ikhwani mindset person on a very important post in Kashmir who belongs to the tribe of the ‘Killer Force’.
Hurriyat (G) chairman said that the state high court in a Gulmarg Land grab case in March 2013 has termed this person incompetent for any higher and sensitive post in the state administration.
Syed Ali Geelani said that immediately after the appointment, this person constituted a squad for government employees, who are threatening the employees to join their duties.
He has also asked them to use whatever means to bring the employees to the offices and even the hospital ambulances which are meant for patients only.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Syed Ali Geelani said that the freedom struggle of Jammu & Kashmir is an indigenous movement and every section of the society has to play a role in this struggle. He said that the officers, employees heads and the bureaucrats of this state has a greater responsibility to play in this ongoing struggle because the local paid agents of India are using their favorite officers and bureaucrats to implement the dictations of New Delhi.
Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani said that however we also know that some bold and conscience officers of our state are fully aware of the anti-people agendas of these pro-Indian politicians and they also resist them in its implementations.
The pro-freedom leader cautioned those officers and bureaucrats who are helping India to kill our children and said that if they are still unmoved after watching the bloodshed and painful cries of the Kashmiri people, then they are not worth to be called humans.
While advising the employees, Syed Ali Geelani said that if a daily wager and the labors are silently bearing all the difficulties and hardships for this freedom struggle, why can’t the employees do it? (KNS)
