Srinagar, Mar 10 (KNS): Hurriyat (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani who was admitted in ICU in New Delhi’s Max Medical Institute on the wee hours of Thursday morning is stable while the doctors said that he needs to remain under observation for next 24 hours.
Hurriyat (G) chief spokesman, Ayaz Akbar told KNS who alongwith several other leaders visited New Delhi after receiving news about the deteriorating health condition of Geelani said they conversed with Geelani for couple of minutes and he was feeling better than morning.
“I talked with Director of Max Medical Institute, Dr Talwar about the health condition of Geelani.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe told me that they have conducted all the necessary tests while he needs to remain under observation for next 24 hours. Geeani didn’t suffer heart but the actual cause is yet to be ascertained. Further investigation is still on,” he said.
Meanwhile, Hurriyat (G) appealed people to pray especially in Friday congregational prayers for the speedy recovery of Geelani.
Geelani was shifted to hospital after he complained of chest pain and soon after he was rushed to hospital by his family, the medical institute authorities admitted him in ICU. (KNS)
