Srinagar, Feb 03 (KNS): Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani was today discharged from SKIMS Soura. He is now stable and feeling better said spokesman Ayaz Akbar.
On Wednesday night Geelani were admitted to SKIMS, for treatment after he complained of severe chest pain. The ailing leader is doing well and feeling better, said Spokesman and appealed people to avoid visiting the residence for few days and requested them to pray for his speedy recovery.
In a statement issued to KNS, Spokesman said that late Wednesday night, Syed Ali Geelani complained of massive chest congestion and pain.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe was immediately rushed to SKIMS, Soura, here where several tests were conducted and doctors attending him prescribed specific medicines.
The people present at the time of discharge at SIKIMS, raised pro-freedom slogans and expressed their sentiments & wished for his speedy recovery.
Spokesman said that doctors attending him, advised complete rest as such it is requested all, not to insist meeting Geelani at least for one week. (KNS)
