Geelani criticizes PM for his rhetoric about state terrorism

‘His statement is irrelevant, full of flaws’

Srinagar, Jan 19 (KNS): Hurriyat (G) Chairman, Syed Ali Geelani on Thursday, strongly criticised, Indian Prime Minister for his rhetoric about state terrorism and said that his statement is irrelevant and full of flaws as India itself is violating all norms and involved in sponsored terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorism we are facing is unprecedented and no part of earth witness and experience brutalities promoted and sponsored by India and its henchmen in occupied state, said Syed Ali Geelani.
It is unreasonable to blame Pakistan as that country is suffering and facing sponsored terrorism by neighbouring country, said Syed Ali Geelani.
Indian forces have turned state into hell and repeated bloodshed and massacres of innocent people has evolved a gloomy atmosphere here, said Geelani.
In a statement issued to KNS, lashing at Delhi rulers, Geelani said that Modi never comes with reality about its brute forces and never utter a single word about brutalities committed by its forces in Jammu and Kashmir. While referring to address delivered by Narinder Modi in Raisima Dialogue, India’s Flagship, geo-political Conference, Syed Ali Geelani said that no doubt the innocent killings are unacceptable and we should condemn it, however state sponsored terrorism is more serious and treacherous and all we need is to condemn it and take measures to check it.
It is ridiculous to blame Pakistan, while referring to remarks made by Modi in his speech and said that the Indian politicians never take notice of the terrorism and excesses perpetrated by Delhi and its forces. Geelani said that Pakistan is facing compound terrorism from many quarters and has rendered enormous sacrifices to safe guard that country and while strongly criticising India and its leaders for their rhetoric about blaming Pakistan, Geelani said that people in state are facing worst ever situations and Indian forces are brutally killing innocents, ransacking properties, trampling fundamental rights and detaining youth under infamous and black laws.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Geelani while referring to peoples uprising in year 2016, said that more than 100 youth were brutally killed, 20 thousand maimed, scores lost their eye sight and near about five thousand were arrested by Delhi groomed rulers. Syed Ali Geelani said that it is even more strange that people were arrested irrespective of their age and gender and police not only arrested minors but even ailing and elderly aged more than 80 year were lodged in jails and police lock ups. Geelani said that no part on earth is witnessing such type of state terrorism as we are experiencing in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Referring to presence of Indian forces in state, Geelani said that virtually India has turned state into forces garrison. This is the depressing satiation in Kashmir and Modi has no word about all this and prefers to keep mum, said Geelani. Terming the address of Modi as full of deceit, Geelani said that in a bid to divert attention from horrible situation in state, Indian rulers and particularly Modi in a routine admonish and blame Pakistan, said Geelani and before doing so they should think about the atrocities committed by its forces against people of state.
Criticising the criminal silence maintained by international community about atrocities perpetrated by India and its forces in Jammu and Kashmir, Geelani said that they are not taking any notice and instead looking all this through their prism and prioritize their trade interests. It is their double dealing, said Geelani and India is taking undue advantage of this and feel free to commit more crimes against humanity in state. Hurriyat chairman, while seeking the attention of world community said that they should shun their hypocrisy, play an impressive role for resolution of Kashmir issue and uphold peace and tranquility in State.
