Srinagar, Aug 27 (KNS): Strongly condemning the arrest of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, chairman Hurriyat (G) Syed Ali Geelani said that these cowardly and childish moves indicate the frustration and mental bankruptcy of the Indian as well as local administration but they can deter us by these foolish acts.
In a statement issued to KNS, Hurriyat (G) chairman also strongly condemned arrest of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat leader and his personnel secretary Peer Saifullah while returning from a medical Checkup in New Delhi was rearrested and lodged in police satiation Humhama.
It is to mention here that Peer Saifullah a brain tumor patient was lodged in police station Humhama, as he had developed a severe pain in his head and was advised by doctors to visit Delhi.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe visited Delhi and met the surgeon Mr. Tyagi who had operated him earlier. He had gone for a several tests there and was said that the problem is developing again and may be operated again. He came back and was on way to the office where he was taken by custody.
Syed Ali Geelani said that if there is any problem to the health of Saifullah and his condition deteriorates government will be itself responsible for the consequences. (KNS)
