Srinagar, Nov 22 (KNS): Seriously concerned about the repeated fire incidents throughout the valley, particularly recent episodes in Dalgate Srinagar and Shahabad Sopore, chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), Syed Ali Geelani said that it is saddening to see the residential houses, schools and shops in flames every day.
He said although these incidents are painful and beyond one’s control, but the snail’s pace of authorities and official apathy of bureaucracy, rubs salt on the wounds of these victims.
He said that human loss of one Mohammad Ramzan Sheikh (55), property loss worth millions and inmates rendered shelter less on these chilly days is heartbreaking and our affluent and moneyed class owes a great obligation to lend a helping hand to these grieved families so that they can be able to catch on with their daily routine.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel(KNS)
