Srinagar, Jan 29 (KNS): The Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman Syed Ali Geelani continues to be under house detention and was again stopped from offering congregational Friday prayers, a spokesman of the party said.
The spokesman said that Geelani blamed the state for pushing youth to pick up gun.

The spokesman said that District president Islamabad of Tehreek-i-Hurriyat, Mir Hafizullah was slapped for the ninth time with infamous Public Safety Act by police and was imprisoned in Central Jail in Srinagar today.
Geelani has appealed to the international human rights groups to press the Indian government to abolish the PSA and release all political prisoners. (KNS)
