Srinagar, Apr 22 (KNS): Terming continuous detention of Syed Ali Geelani despite his ailing health is a height of barbarism, Hurriyat (G) strongly condemn this inhuman and uncivilized act perpetrated and executed by police and Mehbooba led administration to pacify their masters.
Hurriyat (G) in a statement to KNS, said after returning from Delhi on 6th April Syed Ali Geelani unable to perform his any religious or political obligations and even barred from offering Friday prayers which is a gross human rights violations.
Hurriyat Conference (G) said, such continuous house detention which seems to have no end not only suffocated him but taking heavy toll on his (Geelani) health.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Moreover, Hurriyat (G) also denounces the continuous house detention of several Hurriyat leaders including Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai, Shabir Ahmed Shah, Raja Mehraj Din, Mohammad Ashraf laya, Mohammad Yousuf Falahi and said, such tactics never going to deter us from raising the voice against the forcible occupation.
While paying rich tributes to the Kupwara Lolab martyrs, where three brave hearts who laid their sacrifices for the sacred cause and to end Indian occupation, Hurriyat (G) said, these sacrificed will be safeguarded come what may and nobody will be allowed to play with these noble sacrifices, said Hurriyat (G) in a statement to KNS.
