Srinagar, Aug 11 (KNS): District Special Session Judge on Saturday fixed the next hearing of Ganga Hijacking case on August 25, 2018.
According to the statement issued to KNS, Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Liberation Party (JKDLP) said that the hearing of Ganga Hijacking case was scheduled for today but the case was not heard due to the judicial engagements.
The statement said that the 25 year old case against the party chairman, Hashim Qureshi was a case of double jeopardy.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
It added that on the hearing of the case on Aug 04, the counsel for Qureshi has also submitted the documents of Satnam Singh’s case who was released on double jeopardy case.
Meanwhile, the statement said that the court has fixed the hearing of Ganga Hijacking case on August 25, 2018. (KNS)
