Srinagar, Nov 03 (KNS): Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) and former minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Thursday expressed sorrow over the demise of former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir state, Pandit Mangat Ram Sharma who breathed his last today morning at his Jammu residence.
