Srinagar, Nov 08 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Monday strongly condemned the killing of Mohd Ibrahim Khan by unidentified gunmen in Bohrikadal area of Srinagar district. 

Ghulam Ahmad Mir termed the killing of salesman as dastardly and heinous crime perpetrated by unidentified gunmen aiming to vitiate atmosphere.

"Killings in any form were unacceptable and intolerable in a civilized society, I was deeply pained to hear about loss of another precious life in Srinagar," G.A.Mir said and conveyed heartfelt condolences to family of slain salesman.

"I would strongly urge that the killers of Mohd Ibrahim Khan must be identified for exemplary punishment," JKPCC President added and said the regular incidents of killing of civilians and Policemen was a matter of grave concern, Govt must take effective measures to end the bloodshed.

JKPCC President also expressed anguish over the deteriorating security situation. (KNS)
