Srinagar, Oct 27 (KNS): Expressing deep sorrow and grief over the passing away of legendary Kashmir Singer Raj Begum, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir said that Raj Begum was as great singer and termed her as an inspiration to young Kashmir Singers of the day.
He said Raj Begum has contributed a lot to Kashmir Music and Culture all along her life time, her death is a great loss which can never be filled, he added.

Meanwhile, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir has expressed profound grief over the sad demise of wife of Former Minister and veteran political leader of the State Pyare Lal Handoo.
