Srinagar, Jul 01 (KNS): Expressing serious concern and anguish over the civilian casualties during the encounter at Dialgam today, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G A Mir has described the civilian causalities as most unfortunate.

Mir also appealed people not to confront the forces as such type of actions on their part can cause human losses. He also appealed people to maintain peace. (KNS)
