Srinagar, Apr 09 (KNS): Reacting to the Search Operation by Troops at Halmulla (Kapran) Dooru, JKPCC Chief G.A. Mir has blamed State Govt for failing to protect innocent people resulting in alienation and mistrust among them (people).
Expressing anguish over the demise of Abdul Gani Naik during searches by troops at Hamulla (Kapran) Dooru, late last evening, PCC Chief G.A. Mir described the searches as insignificant. He blamed that efforts are being made to disturb the peaceful atmosphere by harassing common innocent people.
G.A. Mir said that the troops barged into the house of deceased Late. Naik resulting in his on the spot death, the deceased was innocent and had nothing to do with any unlawful activities.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelUnnecessary searches and harassment of innocent people is not acceptable and should be condemned strongly, G.A. Mir said.
PCC Chief also accused PDP BJP Coalition Govt for targeting political opponents by suppressing their voice, which is intolerable and unacceptable.
Appealing people to maintain calm, PCC Chief urged upon the forces to exercise maximum restraint while dealing with protestors protesting against the death of deceased Abdul Gani Naik.
While offering condolences to bereaved family, PCC Chief prayed for eternal peace to departed soul. (KNS)
