Srinagar, Dec 31 (KNS): J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has express deep sorrow and grief over the passing away of MLC and Former Administrator SMC Shri. Dharamveer Singh Oberoi, who breathed his last, in Delhi, today after a brief illness.
