Srinagar Jan 9 (KNS): Former J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President Ghulam Ahmad expressed deep sorrow over the passing away of Prof.Rehman Rahi and extended deepest condolences to his family, friends and followers.
Former J&K Pradesh Congress Committee President termed the passing away of Prof.Rehman Rahi an irreparable loss to people of J&K and said we have lost a great scholar, an illustrious son and prominent poet of Kashmir language.
I have no words to express my grief on the passing away of Prof. Rehman Rahi, he has greatly contributed to society through his pen and vast knowledge on Kashmiri culture and literature, Mir added.
Former JKPCC President extended deepest condolences to family, friends and relatives of Prof.Rehman Rahi and prayed for his eternal peace. (KNS)
