Srinagar August 22 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Sunday extended Raksha Bandhan greetings to people.

In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service, JKPCC President has said that Raksha Bandhan is a unique and special occasion, marking the special bond between brother and sisters, besides refreshing the commitment of all the people to safeguard the honour and dignity of their sisters.

The occasion of Raksha Bhandan will continue to remain as most significant festival, invigorating the people to fulfill their commitments towards their sisters.
