Srinagar April 02:(KNS) The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir Saturday extended Ramadhan greetings to people.
Mir also wished people especially Kashmiri Pandit brethren a happy and prosperous Navreh.
JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmad Mir extended hearty greetings to people on the commencement of Holy Month Ramadhan, hoping that this auspicious period of fasting will bring peace, prosperity and stability in the entire world.
Holy Ramdhan is an auspicious period of one month fasting, which the Muslim observe to please Almighty Allah and seek His mercy while providing opportunities to correct and purify souls. The auspicious period teaches us to serve humanity, help poor and needy in times of distress and poverty.
Mir also wished Pandit brethren a very prosperous Navreh and said the occasion symbolizes the rich culture of harmony, it will continue to refresh the love, affection and care for each other.
