Srinagar June 19 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Saturday paid glowing tributes to Qazi Nissar on his 27th death anniversary.
JKPCC President recalled the services of Late. Qazi Nissar to the people and said the renowned scholar has contributed immensely to the Islamic teachings.
