Srinagar, Jul 29 (KNS): Inhabitants of Fristawad Salia Panchalpora Rather Mohalla on Saturday staged protests against the authorities for ‘failing to provide basic facilities to them.’
The protesters including men, women and children assembled in the village and demanded immediate redressal of their grievances.
Inhabitants of the village situated 20 kms away from Anantnag town according to KNS correspondent said that they are facing tremdnous hardships due to the absence of basic amenities including drinking water, link roads, women welfare schemes, CAPD store outlet, health facilities, School, electricity and others.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
They said that administration is paying no heed to their sufferings thereby leaving them to lurch at large.
The villagers later appealed the higher ups to look into the matter and fulfil their demands at earliest so that the people here could feel a sigh of relief. (KNS)
