‘Hope Pakistan continues to extend political, diplomatic, moral support to people of JK’

Srinagar, July 20 (KNS): The Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) on Wednesday expressed gratitude to the government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, its people, military leadership, political and opposition parties, religious, student and trade organizations for observing the July 20 as “Black Day” in solidarity with the oppressed people of Kashmir.
In a statement issued to KNS Freedom Party spokesperson expressed hope that Pakistan continues to extend such political, diplomatic, and moral support to people of Jammu Kashmir. “As a well-wisher nation, we hope Pakistan continues to highlight our plight at the international forums and bat for our cause,” he said.
The spokesperson said the speech of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has “emboldened our spirit” and hoped the country’s endeavours regarding Kashmir will yield positive results very soon.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe also hailed the people of Kashmir particularly its youth for showing steadfastness in the hard times.
The DFP spokesperson urged the world leadership to break the “criminal” silence over the grave situation in Kashmir where Indian forces have “unleashed a reign of terror among the people”. “We expect the world powers to take notice of the civilian killings in Kashmir at the hands of Indian occupational forces,” he said.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson expressed grief over the killing of Ghulam Muhammad Mir by the hands of forces and has expressed solidarity with the bereaved family.
