Condemning the killing of three-year old boy Burhan in Sagipora Sopore of Baramulla district on Friday night by unidentified gunman, Founding Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Movement, Prof Shahid Iqbal demanded killers to be brought to book.
“Killing of one innocent human is killing of whole humanity. Our Hurriyat leadership has to play a role to identify these killers,” he told KNS.
Iqbal also condemned the detentions and house arrests of pro- freedom leadership and urged India to shun ‘its rigid approach’ and start a dialogue process with pro- freedom leadership.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile, Iqbal alleged army for resorting to vandalizing in Harwan area of Srinagar district on Friday night during a search operation.
“Army during a search operation broke the window panes of my house citing militant Burhan was hiding in the area,” he alleged.
