Budgam August 26 (KNS): A significant sports event took place at the premises of Foundation World School in Budgam. The primary objective of this event was to instill healthy sports habits among the students, promoting a lifestyle that prioritizes physical well-being.

During this event, students of FWS had the privilege of engaging in meaningful interactions with distinguished sports personalities hailing from Jammu and Kashmir as well as other parts of India. The invited dignitaries included prominent footballers such as Majid Dar, Sajid Yousuf International Football Coach, Ashfaq Ahmad, International Footballer and coach, Rajan Mani  Coach Indian National Football team, Firdaus Ahmad, Mentor Khelo India Kabaddi, AnanduSasi, a renowned physiotherapist associated with Chenniyan FC and QudsiyaAltaf, Mentor Khelo India Football.

These accomplished individuals graciously shared their personal experiences with the students, providing them with valuable insights into the world of sports. They also shared tidbits of knowledge related to sports and how engaging in sporting activities contributes to becoming a better individual, both physically and mentally.
