Alleges BJP for remembering Poonch district after 5 years

Poonch, Apr 06 (KNS): National Conference today asked Former Member Parliament from Jammu Poonch Lok Sabha segment, Jugal Kishore to come up with a white paper of his five years tenure in Poonch district and alleged that BJP is beating the drums of many projects which were sanctioned by previous UPA government.

Addressing a public meeting during his tour to Mandi block of Poonch district, Ajaz Jan, Provincial President of Youth NC Jammu said that before asking for votes in Poonch district, BJP leaders should present report card of former MP who did nothing for the border district and his approach remain confined only to his own party workers.

Jan further said that BJP leaders are remembering Poonch district after a gap of five years and remain missing during last five years.

Jan said that many vital projects for Rajouri and Poonch districts including GMC Rajouri, BGSB University Rajouri were sanctioned during NC and UPA-II tenure and some BJP leaders are befooling people by staking claim of these projects.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

He further said that the widely publicised project of railway line from Jammu to Poonch is yet to see light of the day and some BJP leaders are befooling people by making statements that project has been approved by NDA government last year.

Ajaz Jan further said that people from Poonch gave ruling BJP a big surprise in municipality polls and people in Rajouri, Poonch as well as Jammu are all set to give shock to BJP again owing to its mis-governance.
