Srinagar, Sep 04 (KNS): Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) condemned the callous attitude of Indian forces and their excesses upon peaceful protestors in Kashmir and termed it undemocratic and unjustified.
In a statement issued by its Press & Publication Division, JeI condemned the excesses of Indian forces upon innocent and unarmed protestors who were agitating peacefully for right to self-determination which India so far denied.
People were peacefully protesting at several districts of valley which includes Kulgam, Islamabad, Pulwama, Tral, Shopian, Kupwara, Aripanthan and Srinagar areas and were protesting against the atrocious behavior of government forces who had injured hundreds of civilians today. Forces are hell bent upon to kill and maim peaceful protestors in one way or other just to appease their mentors in New-Delhi, which is highly deplorable, statement states.
“Danish Sultan Haroon of Palpora, Srinagar and Basit Ahanger of Qazigund are garish examples of New-Delhi’s tyrant approach that in no way left those voices who are protesting and demanding their birth right.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“On one hand New-Delhi send its delegations time and again in Kashmir for restoration of peace and normalcy but on the other hand killing, maiming and arrests are still on which proves the intention of New-Delhi who is never sincere to resolve Kashmir dispute as per the wishes and aspirations of people concerned”, Jama’at said.
Meanwhile, Jama’at-e-Islami Jammu and Kashmir (JeI) expresses its shock over the execution of Jama’at-e-Islami Bangladesh leader Mir Qasim Ali by Haseena led regime.
Jama’at at this moment, expresses sympathy with the family of Shaheed Mir Qasim Ali and Jama’at-e-Islami Bangladesh and impresses upon world community including human rights bodies to come forward and stop Sheikh Hassena led regime of committing such heinous and dreadful crimes. (KNS)
