Jammu, Sep 05 (KNS): BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar who led the Kashmiri Pandit delegation to meet the All party delegation headed by Home Minster Rajnath in Jammu today reiterated to the visiting all party delegation that for having lasting peace in Kashmir it is imperative that Kashmiri Pandits are settled at one place in valley with the guarantee of non Refoulment and retention along with statutory political rights.
Ambardar who was leading a delegation of various heads of KP organistaion said that yesterday Mps from left parties kept on chasing separatists in Kashmir valley who are responsible for fermenting trouble and unrest in the valley and don’t believe in constitution of India has not gone down well with the Pandit community as these were the people were responsible for the exodus of Pandits although there aren’t any expectations from the left parties as they acted as mute spectators during the early nineties when this the socio-religious community was forced to leave their homes and hearths
BJP legislator said that KP community has full faith in central Government headed by PM Narender Modi and Home Minister Rajnath Singh as BJP has always stood for the rights of the community and we believe that our demands will be duly taken care off under the august leadership of prime minister and that they have no doubt whatsoever that Pandits narrative of being the equal stake holders will be taken into cognizance
BJP MLC also said that there is need to build an alternate political narrative in Kashmir valley and Pandits after their resettlement with restution of their political rights will come up as the alternate factor will create a platform for lasting peace in the Kashmir valley.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He also spoke about the need to take into cognizance the demands of the KP employees who are sitting on strike from last 50 days who had gone back to Kashmir valley for jobs however had to flee from there for want of security after the prevailing unrest began in valley in early July.
