Srinagar, October 01 (KNS): While Bombay Film critique are appreciating deep mind blowing film based on famous novel ‘Jheel jalti hain’ authored by Khwaja Farooq Renzushah, but desire deletion of hanging part in the film.
In a statement issued to KNS, Renzushah, renowned personality of Kashmir, recognised as among top 40 Sufi scholars of India, said that he has in his novel shown hero of the film being hanged, “therefore there is demand from intellectuals of film fraternity that the hanging scene of brilliant Kashmiri hero Jamal being performed by Faizan Khan while wearing Kashmiri pheran at the time of hanging should be immediately censored and deleted by authorities as it gives signal that Kashmiris wearing pheran are being frequently hanged in Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel”
Renzushah said that he has been approached by large section of Bombay Film Fraternity to advise Producers of the Film and Film Director to delete the hanging scene and treat this hanging scene of Kashmiri person wearing pheran as deleted from original chapter of Novel. “Once he agrees to this suggestion the film intellectuals will clear this film for best film storey of present era.” (KNS)
