Kupwara, May 22 (KNS): Senior PDP leader and Member Parliament (Rajya sabha) Fayaz Ahmad Mir on Sunday greeted people on Shab-e-Barat and hoped that auspicious occasion would be the harbinger of peace and development in the state.
