Director MD JKTDC Farooq Ahmad Shah flagged off one trekking expedition around the great lakes from Naranag via Trunkal, Gangabal, Satsar, Gaddasar Vishansar Kreshansar and will culminate at Sonamarg via Nichnai.
The 13 member adventure loving group is headed by Delhi based adventure lover, trekker Sangeeta Bahl, she has climbed numberless peaks in Himalyas and other parts of the world including Alps, Africa and South America. Sangeeta Bahl has passion for the adventurous activities particularly for Kashmir and wants to explore the untapped adventure potential of Kashmir high altitude lakes and mountains.
