Expresses sympathies with bereaved, prays for peace to departed

Srinagar, 31 May (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of Parliament Dr Farooq Abdullah on Monday expressed sympathies with the editor and owner of Urdu weekly Awami Moazin Gulzar Bhat on the demise of his father and CPI Member Muhammad Yousuf Bhat Nakashi of Shopian, who breathed his last at SKIMS earlier today.

In his condolence message, Dr Farooq prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear the inconsolable loss. He also expressed sympathies with the bereaved, particularly Gulzar Bhat in their hour of grief and loss.  He prayed for the fortitude to them in difficult time. Party Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar has also expressed sympathies with Gulzar Bhat in his hour of grief and prayed for peace to the departed in the highest echelons of Jannat. 

Meanwhile, the party president made a telephonic call to Gulzar Bhat and expressed condolences with him, shared his grief and prayed for peace to the departed.(KNS)
