Anantnag, Feb 10 (KNS): The residents of Dooru Anantnag Wednesday staged a protest against the administration and were demanding arrests of culprits involved in the killing of Masjid Qadeem who was mysteriously found dead in his farmland in Bragam Dooru in Anantnag district on Tuesday.
The family, relatives and other locality members of Hamidullah Malik of Bragam Dooru protest against the administration and were chanting slogans against the administration.
According to the KNS correspondent, the family, relatives said that the arrests who killed their beloved one should be arrested at earliest.
“The persons involved in the killing of our beloved one should be hanged so that no one could dare to do such act in future,” they said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Meanwhile, SDM Anantnag according to KNS correspondent assured the protesters that the culprits will be arrested soon.
“We have already lodged FIR vide no 15/2016 under section 302RPC and are investigation into the matter,” SDM told people.
He appealed protesters to cooperate with them and assured them that the involved persons will be arrested in one or two weeks.
Pertinently, Hamidullah Malik of Bragam Dooru this morning went to his farmland in the village for work. Malik did not return home till afternoon, which made his family anxious and later he was found mysteriously found dead in his farmland. (KNS)
