Srinagar, Jun 21 (KNS): Even as the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Budgam has directed for necessary action, the accused involved in rape case is still roaming free.

Complainant, in a statement issued to KNS, said that a complaint was filed before court of CJM Budgam on June 14, 2019 following which the CJM directed the police concerned for initiation of necessary action under law.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

In response to the police concerned has lodged a case under FIR No. 89/2019 under sections 376, 506/RPC and 67 I.T.Act, but so far police has not arrested the accused nor has fulfilled the other formalities. (KNS)
