Budgam Jun 08 (KNS): Senior Political Leader and Former vice-chairman J&K Cements Limited, Er Nazir Yatoo has asked New Delhi to fill the trust deficit in J&K by initiating political measures.
Addressing a mega bike rally in Pakherpora area of Budgam, in solidarity with recent innocent killings, Yatoo called upon the central government to ‘structurally intervene’ in J&K so that the ‘hitherto seemingly unending imbroglio’ ends.
Yatoo further said that the current environment of fragile security can only be fixed if the central government engages people politically so that there is a reasonable degree of closeness. ‘
He added that a Kashmiri should feel that he is being heard in India and that will eventually stigmatise the concept of violence laying a way forward for peace. (KNS)
