Jammu, Jan 16 (KNS): MLA Langate Er Rasheed on Monday demanded action against a judge who has asked police to probe the remarks of a sitting National Conference MLC Showkat Hussain Ganaie on slain militant commander Burhan Wani.
Acting on a complaint of a BJP leader, a court in Jammu yesterday directed police to probe remarks of NC lawmaker on Burhan Wani.

In his speech in the upper house of the legislature, Ganaie declared Burhan Wani a martyr and a freedom fighter.
According to KNS Correspondent, while the speaker assembly Kavinder Gupta choose to witness the protest by Er. Rashia as a mute spectator the parliamentary affairs Minister Abdul Rahman Veeri present in the house assured Er. Rashid that government would look into the matter. (KNS)
