Jammu, Jan 24 (KNS): Er Rashid was on Tuesday marshaled out from assembly after he accused the police of detaining school headmaster who has issued date of birth certificate of the minor boy booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA).
Speaker assembly Kavinder Gupta had on Monday directed the government to look into the matter and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ab Rehman Veeri had assured the house to come up with the reply.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
According to KNS correspondent covering the assembly proceedings, the independent legislator was marshaled out of the assembly after he stormed into the well, alleging that the school headmaster who issued the certificate was summoned by the police and kept in a lock-up for full day. (KNS)
