Srinagar, Jan 26 (KNS): An encounter broke out between militants and security forces in Shopian district on Wednesday evening, police said here.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS), that the encounter broke out in Nowgam Check village of the district this evening.

He said that police and security forces were on job and further details will be shared accordingly. (KNS)
