Kupwara, Feb 2 (KNS): The Assistant Regional Transport Office (ARTO) Kupwara on Monday announced that the driving trial test scheduled for February 3, 2026 (Tuesday) has been postponed due to bad weather and wet conditions at the trial ground.
ARTO Kupwara Mr. Mohmmad Shafiat (JKAS) told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the decision was taken keeping in view safety concerns as continuous rainfall and adverse weather have made the ground unsuitable for conducting driving tests.

The ARTO informed that the new date for the driving trial test will be announced separately, however Candidates will be informed through SMS and official notifications. He added.
Meanwhile Applicants have been advised to wait for further communication from the department regarding the rescheduled date, officials told Kashmir News Service (KNS).
