Baramulla August 11 (KNS): Kalapahar Warriors conducted a drawing competition for middle schools at Bararipura Community Centre on 11 Aug 23 as part the Community Outreach Programme. The theme of the competition was Civil - Military Relations.
The event was conducted with an aim to enhance the ideology of peaceful and harmonic relationship and as a suitable platform to generate goodwill and cohesive bond between the Army & Awam in the region.
A str of 25 children from various age groups participated with great patriotic zeal and fervour. The students enthralled the defence forces by their mesmerizing performances.
During the competition prizes were also distributed to the winners. The event was appreciated and appluaded by the locals and they extended their support to organise more such events for the students alongwith the Indian Army. Atlast the event culminated with tea and refreshments for all.(KNS)
