Dr Farooq expresses profound grief over the demise of Haji Mohammad Subhan Dar

Srinagar, 30 Dec (KNS) : The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah has expressed deep sorrow and profound grief over the demise of Senior Educationist and revered religious scholar, Haji Mohammad Subhan Dar of Peth Kanihama, Magam.

In his condolence message, Dr Farooq described the departed soul as a pious, humble, and dedicated personality who devoted his entire life to the service of education, faith, and society.

He said that Haji Mohammad Subhan Dar was widely respected for his moral integrity, scholarship, and lifelong commitment to guiding the younger generation on the path of knowledge and righteousness.

He recalled with reverence that the deceased was the father of Late Gh. Nabi Dar, former YNC District Secretary, who was martyred by terrorists in the year 2000, said that the family has rendered immense sacrifices for peace and democracy in Jammu and Kashmir.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Dr Farooq expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and conveyed heartfelt condolences to Master Ab. Rahim Rehbar, Adv. Jehangir Rehbar (Youth Leader and YNC Zonal Committee Member), and all other family members during this hour of grief.

Meanwhile, a party delegation including MLA Chadoora Ali Mohammad Dar, State Spokesperson Imran Nabi dar, YNC Provincial President Mir Mushtaq, Vice President Salman Matoo, Joint secretary YNC Bilal Ganie, Provincial member Iqbal Nabi, Zonal President YNC Central Kashmir Rayees Ul Hassan, district president YNC budgam Ajaz Dar along with YNC functionaries visited the residence of the deceased and offered Fateha, praying for eternal peace to the departed soul.(KNS)
