Srinagar Febuary 18:(KNS) The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah on Friday condoled the demise of Noted Islamic Scholar Nazir Ahmed of Pampore.

In his condolence message, he prayed for peace to the departed and much needed strength to the bereaved to bear the inconsolable loss.

Dr Farooq Abdullah also made a phone call to the bereaved family members and expressed his deepest sympathies and condolences with them.

Among others General Secratary Ali Muhammad Sagar, MP Hasnain Masoodi have also condoled the demise of Nazir sahib, and extended sympathies with the bereaved. (KNS)
