Srinagar, Jan 08 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Tuesday expressed heartfelt grief over demise of wife of noted educationalist Ghulam Rasool Azad and sister of late Haji Bashir Ahmad Kichloo.
The duo has expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and in particular with the leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha and Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad.
In their messages Dr. Farooq and Omar Abdullah have prayed for peace to the soul of departed and much needed strength to the bereaved family of Azad’s.

Dr. Farooq while expressing grief said, “I have personally known him. He was a committed doctor, true to his profession. May almighty Allah grant peace to his soul and strength to the grieved family,” he said.
Party General Secretary Haji Ali Mohammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, North Zone President Muhammad Akbar Lone, District President Baramulla Javaid Ahmad Dar and Mohammad Ashraf Ganai have also extended condolences with the grief stricken family of Dr. Abdul Ahad. (KNS)
