Sagar, Nasir others also condole demise express solidarity with bereaved

Srinagar, Nov 12 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Party President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Mr Omar Abdullah have expressed profound grief over the demise of noted scholar of Peer Shams Ud Din Sahib of Lolab, Kupwara. The deceased was also related to late Hazrat Molana Anwar Shah Kashmiri (RA).

In their condolence message, the duo prayed for peace to the departed and much needed strength to the bereaved. They also expressed unison with the scores of devotees and tutees of the deceased and termed the passing away of Peer Sahib, a big loss for the world of Islamic learning and theology.

Recalling his contribution, they said that Peer sahib was instrumental in transforming the lives of numerous students with his ease of illuminating exposition and profundity.

They prayed to the Almighty to bestow the departed soul with the highest echelons in the Jannat.

Among others Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Senior leaders Choudhary Muhammad Ramzan, MP Muhammad Akbar Lone, Mir Saifullah, Kafilul Rehman,  Javed Dar, Qaisar Jamsheed Lone, Dr Sajad Shafi Uri and spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar have also condoled the demise of Peer Sahib.

Meanwhile, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani visited the residence of the bereaved in Kupwara and expressed solidarity with them in their hour of grief. District president Qaisar Jamsheed Lone also participated in the Namaz e Janaza of the deceased along with scores of local party unit functionaries. (KNS)
