Srinagar August 23 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President and Member of Parliament from Srinagar Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have expressed deepest sympathies on the demise of Haji Ghulam Mohammad Guroo, father of Political Advisor to Party President Mushtaq Ahmed Guroo.
In their condolence message, the duo prayed for peace to the departed soul and much needed strength to the bereaved, particularly Mushtaq Ahmed Guroo to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.
Party president Dr Farooq Abdullah, Vice President Omar Abdullah visited the Guroo household at Baghe Mehtab and participated in the Namaz e Janaza of Ghulam Mohammad Guroo. Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, YNC Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar, Deputy Political Secretary to VP Mudassar Shahmiri also attended the Namaz e Janaza of the deceased. Party Treasurer Shammi Oberoi was also present on the occasion.
Meanwhile Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, senior leaders AR Rather, Mohammad Shafi Uri, Choudhary Mohamad Ramzaan, Mubarak Gul, Mohammad Akbar Lone, Irfan Shah, Shameem Firdous, Zone Presidents Ali Mohammad Dar, Dr Bashir Veeri, Javed Dar, Provincial VPs Syed Tauqeer Ahmed, Ahsan Pardesi, District President Srinagar Peer Afaq, party have also shared in the grief of bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul in the highest echelons of the Jannat.
