 New Delhi, Jun 21 (KNS): Dr. Hina Shafi Bhat has been honoured with the prestigious NAREDCO Mahi Sheros Award at the 5th NAREDCO Mahi Real Estate Convention held at Yashobhoomi here, in recognition of her exemplary leadership and contributions to women's empowerment and social development.

 
The award was presented by former Union Minister Smt. Smriti Irani in the presence of Union Minister for Labour & Employment and Youth Affairs & Sports Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, during a ceremony attended by policymakers, bureaucrats, industry leaders and entrepreneurs from across the country.
 
Organised by NAREDCO Mahi, the women's wing of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the convention was themed "Breaking the Perception Ceiling: Women Shaping the Nation for Viksit Bharat." It celebrated women leaders redefining leadership and contributing to India's vision of becoming a developed nation.

The convention witnessed participation from senior officials, including Smt. D. Thara, IAS, Additional Secretary; Smt. Isha Kalia, IAS, Joint Secretary; and Smt. Roopa Mishra, IAS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
 
Receiving the honour, Dr. Bhat dedicated the award to every woman striving to challenge limitations and create positive change, stating that such recognition inspires women to pursue their aspirations with confidence.
 
The award recognises exceptional women demonstrating excellence, resilience, vision and leadership. Her selection reflects her commitment to empowering communities, promoting inclusive development and inspiring future generations.
