Srinagar, Feb 24 (KNS):  District Development Commissioner, Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat convened a meeting of the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC), here today to discuss financial assistance cases for unemployed youth under JKREGP scheme.
The Committee deliberated upon 43 cases and approved an amount of Rs 76.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel50 lakh in favor of 24 cases as financial assistance for setting up income generating units under KVIB.
On the occasion, DDC urged the unemployed youth to avail the benefits of employment generation schemes and establish income generation units and become job providers rather than job seekers.
He also directed the KVIB authorities to upload the particulars of the sanctioned cases on the portal within 48 hours.
The meeting was attended by all committee members and representatives of various banks(KNS).
